UltimusPlus is an industry-leading pneumatic fluid dispenser with time-saving features that amplify production throughput while delivering highly precise, repeatable dispensing results. An optional barcode scanner allows users to switch between up to 16 dispensing programs without ever touching the screen.  Ethernet compatibility simplifies UltimusPlus’ integration with Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, Industrial Internet of Things, and Machine-to-Machine technology.

The 784S-SS aseptic spray valve system accurately controls the application of most low to medium viscosity fluids. The 784S-SS aseptic spray valve uses low volume low pressure (LVLP) technology to produce uniform round spray patterns between 0.130" and 0.75" in diameter. Its unique design provides a fluid flow path free of any entrapment areas, critical for sterile and aseptic fluid applications. Wetted parts are 316L stainless steel and Teflon.

The PICO Pµlse® XP jet valve and PICO® Toµch™ XP controller bring extreme precision and repeatability to the next level with a unique self-regulating calibration for improved valve-to-valve jetting performance.

Sustained stroke target seeking allows the system to produce at any time a stable deposit weight. Achieve micro-deposits as small as 0.5 nL with extreme precision and repeatability at up to 1000Hz continuous for your most sophisticated non-contact dispensing application needs.

Nordson EFD’s Optimum® Class VI dispensing components are manufactured from United States Pharmacopeia (USP) Class VI resin. Therefore, it reduces risks of causing harm from reactions to toxic materials and avoids leaching. Sterilization is possible to eliminate bacteria. These dispensing components feature the same highly engineered design and ZeroDraft™ walls as standard Optimum components.

Nordson EFD’s OptiSure™ AOI software provides optical assurance of ­fluid deposit dimensions once applied to a workpiece. The system add-on inspects ­fluid deposit widths and diameters to determine if dispense requirements have been met. When paired with the OptiSure confocal laser, the AOI software measures the height of a fl­uid deposit in addition to the width or diameter, providing 3D deposit verification.
